Only for exchange students/staff: Learning Agreement (Undergraduates and Master exchange students); Study/Research Plan (for Doctorates); Research/Teaching/Training Plan (for Post-doctorates and Staff)
Each of these criteria will be ranked (1-5) by the host institution.
The following criteria will also be taken into account:
Gender balance
Level of vulnerability (for target group 3)
commitment to contribute to the academic network of the consortium (for Post-doctorates and staff)
prevention of brain drain
In case you belong to Target Group 1, your home university will review the applications. In case you belong to Target Groups 2 and 3, a Selection Committee will review the applications. Accepted applications will be sent to the host universities for the selection procedure. Applications will be evaluated by the selection team of the respective host institution. In case a nomination to the university of first choice is not possible, the application will be evaluated by the host university of second choice. The selection committee will decide on the definite allocation of the scholarships.
