Please note:
You are requested to upload scanned versions of all your original documents. In case original documents are not in English or the language of your host country, you need to upload scanned versions of official translations of these documents into English or the language of your host country!

Please note:
Host universites may ask for additional documents to be uploaded (in addition to the documents listed below). Check your host university's list of study programmes and upload any additional documents (if required). It's the responsibility of the applicant that all obligatory documents are uploaded.

Undergraduate

The applicant:

needs to be enrolled in an undergraduate programme (BA or equivalent)
needs to have finished at least one year of undergraduate studies by the time the JoinEU-SEE mobility period starts

needs to already have established contact with the host university in order to guarantee that the profile of the post-doctorate applicant matches the thematic expertise of the host university (see letter of interest)
