Before applying, decide whether you want to study as a master exchange student or a master degree student:
are registered as students at a university (home university). do not obtain a diploma from the host institution. may apply for two host universities! In case your application is rejected by the university of 1st choice, your application is forwarded to the university of 2nd choice.
register at one of the 10 EU partner universities and do not need to be registered as students at their former university in one of the 6 Western Balkan partner countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYR of Macedonia, Kosovo (as defined under UNSCR 1244/99), Montenegro and Serbia). will obtain a diploma from the EU University. need to comply with the local admission requirements → If selected they have to follow the standard individual application procedure at the EU institution. Admission criteria of all partner institutions in the consortium have to be respected. It is the responsibility of the applicant to get informed about all admission requirements of the respective EU host university before submitting an application. may only apply for one host university.
JoinEU-SEE grantees do not have to cover any tuition fees at the host universities.
